Role OverviewProvide exceptional customer service to guests while on tour, including narration in Japanese and English. The Narrator provides educational, historical, and entertaining commentary about the surrounding areas in a culturally sensitive and engaging manner.
What You Will Do
Utilize manifests and/or name lists to gather and load guests onto vehicles, work in conjunction with driver(s) to execute tours in a timely manner, attend to guests while on tour, provide educational, historical, and entertaining narratives in both Japanese and English, translate key safety instructions and tour information for Japanese-speaking guests as needed, and relay pertinent safety protocols to guests.
