Job Description
The candidate will meet deadlines by understanding and analyzing requirements, designing, developing, and testing solutions in Java. They will also guide junior team members and maintain existing code bases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of IT experience
  • Experience in Core Java, C#, and Java Development Frameworks
  • Programming experience in distributed Java, J2EE, SOA, and frameworks like JSP, JSTL, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, JAXB, Struts, Hibernate, Maven, log4j, and JUnit
  • Experience with Java Script, JS frameworks like JQuery and DOJO, and XML technology
  • Experience with Web Services, WSDL, SOAP, XML, RESTful, Web Services Development Kit, and creating and integrating single sign-on solutions
  • Proficiency with Microservices, Spring boot, Netflix OSS, Zuul, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in CI/CD toolchain and AngularJS 2 or better
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated professional behavior under pressure
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and identify underlying problems and patterns
  • Clear understanding of end-to-end application delivery in a multi-platform environment
  • Knowledgeable in full Systems Development Life Cycle and Testing Methodologies
  • Comfortable interacting with staff and management, including Executive levels
