Job Description
The New York City Department of Homeless Services is recruiting for an Administrative Community Relations Specialist NM-I to function as a JCC Manager who will oversee the Joint Command Center operations, prioritize daily outreach activities, and supervise community level staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with program administrators, receiving incoming referrals, triaging clients, and coordinating interagency joint operations with partnering city agencies. The JCC Manager will also be responsible for performing field supervision of staff, offering engagements, performing assessments, and participating in analysis of potential clients.
