Role OverviewAs a Job Coach, you will provide individuals with a community-based program that promotes self-determination, independence, and integration into the community. You will work with individuals to develop vocational and non-vocational day services plans, assess their skills and behaviors, and provide case management. You will also implement skills building programs, behavior support plans, and day support goals to help individuals achieve success in their plans.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include applying age and population-specific competencies, implementing program safety protocols, documenting critical incidents, interacting effectively with stakeholders, and managing groups of individuals in the program and community. You will also provide transportation, assist with personal care, and plan development and evaluation.
