Role OverviewResponsible for the development and implementation of ISP/PSTPs, and recommended plans with emphasis toward community employment. Manage the daily operations within the workroom, facility, and community employment settings. Monitor the effectiveness of clinical, educational and vocational programs.
What You Will Do
Responsible for the operations of all aspects of employment training, contract work, program maintenance, and community employment. Participate in the development of ISP/PSTPs and vocations profiles for persons served. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical, educational and vocational/employment programs.

Must have knowledge of empowerment and self advocacy techniques, applied behavioral analysis with special needs population, and crisis intervention techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- One to two years experience in a related function.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid driver's license must be presented at the time of employment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb as this is a very physically active position.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds using proper lifting techniques or the use of a two-person lift.
