Role OverviewThe Job Coach/Supported Employment will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the program and coordinate aspects of the program in accordance with the mission and policies of Zoom Group. The role involves working with clients, parents, and case managers to develop a person-centered employment plan and support clients in achieving their employment goals.
What You Will Do
The Job Coach/Supported Employment will maintain client files, complete spreadsheet reports, and track daily mileage schedules. They will also meet with supervisors and coworkers to update progress on clients' employment, accompany newly hired clients to orientation, and schedule visits to maintain contact with clients.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or G.E.D, preferred experience in human or social services, and possess a valid driver's license and car insurance. They will also have agency certificates such as First Aid, CPR, Crisis Prevention, Core Training, Neglect and Abuse, SCL training, and a TB test.
