Role OverviewAs a Job Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining partnerships with employers to develop job and internship opportunities for individuals. You will work closely with Employment Specialists and individuals to establish relationships to build a career opportunity for the individuals that best fits their needs and wants.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining relationships with employers, identifying and developing job opportunities, and promoting job placement services. You will also work with Employment Specialists to match individuals to suitable job opportunities and provide employment preparation support.

Requirements
- Associate degree preferred
- Valid NY State Driver License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Two years of experience in job development, marketing, or similar types of service
- Ability to prioritize assignments, plan, and complete work projects with minimal direction
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to effectively meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal/written skills
- Ability to work in Windows, Microsoft Office, and multiple online software platforms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to demonstrate behaviors and attitudes which support organizational mission, philosophy, and policies
