Role OverviewThe Job Service Rep II is responsible for supervising a team of JSRIs, facilitating program integrity, investigating complex claims, and resolving eligibility issues. The role is based in Boston, MA, and follows a hybrid model with one day of in-office work per week. This is a long-term seasonal position with an expected duration of ten months.
What You Will Do
The Job Service Rep II will supervise and guide a team, investigate and analyze complex claims, identify discrepancies, and escalate or remand issues to internal departments. They will also collect and review data, prepare accurate case notations, and advise claimants and employers of appeal rights.

- At least three years of full-time or equivalent part-time professional or paraprofessional experience in personnel interviewing, vocational counseling, employment counseling, rehabilitation counseling, educational counseling, credit collection, credit interviewing, credit investigation, claims adjudication, claims settlement, claims examining, claims, investigation, claims interviewing, social work or social casework
- An Associate's degree may be substituted for one year of experience
- A Bachelor's degree or higher may be substituted for two years of experience
- A Master's or higher degree may be substituted for the required experience
