What You Will Do
You'll oversee roofing projects from start to completion, coordinate with crews and homeowners, conduct job-site visits, ensure crews follow company standards, verify materials, identify and communicate issues, maintain consistent communication with homeowners, document job progress, perform quality-control inspections, and help resolve job-site issues.

Requirements
- Previous experience in roofing, construction, remodeling, restoration, or a related field
- Experience supervising crews or managing job sites preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
- Comfortable communicating with homeowners and contractors
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and safely access job sites
- Roofing or construction knowledge strongly preferred
