Role OverviewThe Jobsite Coordinator owns the end-to-end delivery experience for assigned jobs, serving as the single point of contact connecting Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Yard Operations, and the customer. The role ensures customer projects are delivered on time and in full against the original contract, leveraging PERI's resources to maintain a holistic, job-level view of performance against contracted scope, schedule, and commercial terms.
What You Will Do
Manage the customer's project delivery schedule, coordinate the work of all PERI departments, monitor projects for scope deviations, track project milestones, and drive resolution when a department is at risk of missing a commitment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive results across departments without formal reporting authority, and commercial confidence to identify scope deviations and independently negotiate and execute change orders with customers.
