Role OverviewThe Jobsite Coordinator (JSCOR) ensures customer projects are delivered on time and in full (OTIF) against the original contract, serving as the single point of contact connecting Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Yard Operations, and the customer. The JSCOR maintains a holistic, job-level view of performance against contracted scope, schedule, and commercial terms, and drives each PERI department to deliver on its commitments.
What You Will Do
Manage customer project delivery schedules, coordinate department work, monitor projects for scope deviations, track project milestones, and maintain a holistic overview of actual performance versus original contract.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, supply chain, or a related field a plus
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction logistics, or customer service operations preferred
- Experience in the formwork, scaffolding, or construction industry strongly desired
- Prior experience preparing or negotiating change orders preferred
