Requirements

  • Paint parts, assemblies, and/or complete machines and service paint systems and equipment in a production environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.
  • Prep, clean, and prepare parts for paint processes.
  • Prepare paint by use of mixers, thinners, and/or adjusting equipment.
  • Change and adjust nozzles, valves, and paint guns. Regulate flow of air, paint, and/or voltage levels for paint material application.
  • Apply paint by use of various paint application processes such as spray-gun, electro-deposition and/or flow coat equipment.
  • Check results for conformance to specifications and make necessary corrections.
  • Utilize manufacturing tools to record data and keep records for quality and maintenance.
  • Load, unload, and move materials.
  • Assist and support other team members.
  • Clean work area and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.
