Role OverviewThe Joint Training Requirement Specialist supports the 54 States and Territories, JFHQ Staff, and other National Guard (NG) organizations within the Joint Training System. They operate in the National Guard Bureau Joint Exercise Division (NGB-J37) as the staff proponent for National Guard Bureaus training readiness analysis relevant to domestic operations.
What You Will Do
Prepare and conduct workshops and/or developing trainings to improve or enhance focus area for joint training readiness. Demonstrate high level of competence with all phases of the JTS training; requirements, planning, execution and assessment for successful JTS integration.

Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 10+ years' of relevant experience to include: Experience with the National Guard Bureau, Experience with the four phases of the Joint Training System, Instructing small group workshops at the Senior Leadership level, Joint Training Plan development, Conducting training classes on DoD systems
- Must have a Secret security or ability to obtain a clearance
