Role OverviewWe are seeking a Journeyman Computer User Support Specialist to join our team supporting the United States Air Force, 53rd Wing at Nellis AFB, NV. The position will provide day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
What You Will Do
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues, identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems, responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support, documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level I or Information Assurance Manager I within 6 months of the date of hire, requires a Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility, and a willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
Requirements
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level I or Information Assurance Manager I within 6 months of the date of hire
- Minimum of three to five (3 - 5) years of experience in information technology or a related field
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred
- Prior performance in roles such as System, Network Administrator or Information Technology/Assurance Specialists
- Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
