Role OverviewJoin the Novel Applications Family as a Journeyman Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Analyst. We're looking for highly motivated and experienced personnel who are willing to learn and share that knowledge with fellow employees. As a FOIA Analyst, you'll assist the government with responding to public and official requests for review and release of classified and/or sensitive agency information.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to complex FOIA cases, conducting Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) and Automatic Declassification Review (ADR), coordinating taskings and searches, and validating adequacy of record searches.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have extensive knowledge of the FOIA and PA exemptions and administrative requirements, as well as strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance
- BS/BA + 5 years of FOIA experience required, or 9+ years of FOIA experience with no degree
- Demonstrated experience supporting FOIA, PA, MDR, and/or ADR case processing
- Strong ability to review sensitive government records and ensure compliance with disclosure, privacy, and classification requirements
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to produce error-free, professionally formatted documents
