Role OverviewAssist the government with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, responding to public and official requests for review and release of classified and/or sensitive agency information. Conduct Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) and Automatic Declassification Review (ADR) in accordance with EO 13526. Coordinate taskings, searches, and document collection activities across internal IC agency components and external government agencies.
What You Will Do
Respond to complex FOIA cases, demonstrate extensive knowledge of FOIA and PA exemptions and administrative requirements. Conduct thorough review of case files to ensure all required actions are complete and properly documented. Monitor case progress to ensure compliance with all deadlines and coordinate workflow with government leaders and other stakeholders.

Must possess an Active TS/SCI with CI or FS Polygraph security clearance. Must have a BS/BA + 5 years of experience required, or 9+ years of experience with no degree. Demonstrated experience supporting FOIA, PA, MDR, and/or ADR case processing, including coordination, documentation, drafting correspondence, and interacting with requesters.
