Role OverviewThe Journeyman HVAC/R Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across a portfolio of retail locations.
What You Will Do
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, complete preventative maintenance activities, and diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system issues.

Requirements
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration equipment with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to accurately document repairs, maintenance activities, and service findings
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger maintenance team
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
