Role OverviewThis is a remote/rotational position, in which you will be assigned to work three weeks on/three weeks off or a two weeks on/two weeks off, in Prudhoe Bay, AK. Schedules can vary based on Shop needs. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location.
What You Will Do
Lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, maintains, and assists welders in preparation of piping and pipeline systems and industrial processing piping.

Must have ability to stand, walk on level, uneven and slippery surfaces, sit, squat, kneel, crawl, reach through low and high ranges, work overhead, and exhibit normal balance and coordination.
Requirements
- Three to five (3-5) years’ experience in pipefitting in an industrial environment required.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Valid driver’s license required and ability to be insured by Worley auto insurer.
- North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC). Worley can provide certification training if needed.
