Job Description
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. The role involves supporting account leads in managing day-to-day client relationships across our med-tech, healthcare, and wellness-lifestyle portfolios.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an agency, marketing, or healthcare communications environment
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, medical technology, or wellness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptionally organized with a talent for managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Collaborative by nature—comfortable working across disciplines
  • Familiarity with project management tools and basic proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Comfort operating in regulated environments is a plus
