Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Jr. Buyer to join our team in Boston. As a Jr. Buyer, you will be responsible for completing daily/weekly/monthly orders, reviewing invoices, and maintaining inventory levels. You will also support Point-Of-Need purchasing and work independently as well as in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to accurately monitor wastage
  • Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within food and beverage industry
  • Must have an active driver license and be able to drive safely and confidently
  • Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
