Job Description
Ouro Global is seeking a Jr. Corporate Counsel to help develop and expand its innovative business in the fintech environment, responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, overseeing contracting processes, and providing legal advice to business teams.

Requirements

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
  • Oversee enterprise contracting processes
  • Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to review and discuss contract provisions
  • Remain up-to-date on relevant financial services, payments, consumer protection, advertising and privacy laws and regulations
  • Interact directly with external parties on contract negotiations
