Role OverviewThe Junior HCMS Analyst supports the HCMS team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing workforce data to improve decision-making across recruitment, retention, performance, and compliance.
What You Will Do
Maintain recurring HR reports, produce ad-hoc reports, manage I-9 documentation, conduct monthly license verifications, monitor HR chatbot performance, and support audits.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
