Job Description
Rycon Construction is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead a construction crew at their Fort Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of job site safety practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential construction
  • Prior experience leading crews in a Working Foreman or Lead role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Solid understanding of job site safety practices and OSHA regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to be hands-on and actively work in the field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Trade certification or apprenticeship completion preferred
  • Familiarity with construction field reporting tools or software a plus
