Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman at our Fort Lauderdale office. The Working Foreman will lead and work alongside a construction crew to execute daily job site activities and perform hands-on trade work while supervising crew productivity, quality, and safety.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential construction
  • Prior experience leading crews in a Working Foreman or Lead role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Solid understanding of job site safety practices and OSHA regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to be hands-on and actively work in the field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
