Job Description
Rycon Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage multiple retail commercial projects up to $5 million. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to direct complex projects, and experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight (8) + years’ experience in managing multiple retail commercial projects up to $5 million
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status
  • Computer Skills Required – Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to create material take-off’s
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Marketing and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver
