Role OverviewThe Junior Accountant plays a key role in managing high-volume accounts payable and payroll activities for a fast-paced healthcare organization. Responsibilities include invoice processing, account reconciliations, payroll administration, vendor relations, financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end accounting processes.
What You Will Do
Enter and process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently, perform AP reconciliations, review invoices for accuracy, communicate with vendors, maintain vendor files, assist with month-end close tasks, support ad hoc AP tasks, ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, reconcile payroll discrepancies, and prepare and distribute payroll reports.
