Junior Accountant

We're seeking a Junior Accountant who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This role is responsible for accounts payable processing, cash application, vendor management, employee expense reporting, collections support, and assisting with month-end close activities.

What You Will Do

Record accounts payable, prepare ACH and WEBPAY payments, verify purchases, review open PORs and invoices, post vendor prepaid journals, generate sales tax reports, reconcile monthly AMEX statement details, and support the team lead in month-end close.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum two to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment
