Role OverviewThe Junior Allocation Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Allocation and be responsible for managing inventory levels, identifying risks & opportunities, and partnering with planning and merchandising to develop & execute strategies.

Manage inventory, assist in creating allocation strategies, communicate with stores, and participate in weekly business recaps.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of Allocation or Planning experience or relevant financial experience
- Possess a clear understanding of financial measurements: sales, gross margin, weeks of supply, inventory turn, sell through, etc. and how to impact them
- Ability to negotiate with and influence peers, members of a cross-functional team, and management
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- An understanding and adherence to all policies related to the organization
