Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience or comparable analytical experience in a directly relevant business role
- U.S. Citizenship only (no dual citizenship)
- Public Trust level clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a position of trust/Federal security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Direct experience with clients and stakeholder engagement
- Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
- Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools like SharePoint
- Willingness to embrace ambiguity on large, complex projects
- Familiarity with industry trends related to supporting Federal government clients
- Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts
- Ability to work in the Washington, DC metro area and travel to different locations
