Job Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Baking & Pastry Supervisor / Junior Baking & Pastry Sous Chef with administration responsibilities to help lead our pastry department. The ideal candidate is someone who is deeply passionate about pastry arts, has a keen eye for detail, and a strong background in creating exquisite desserts and pastries.

Requirements

  • Experience in baking, pastry, or pastry kitchen supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and pastry production.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
