Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. This role involves drafting complex commercial agreements, reviewing third-party documents, and managing legal records. The ideal candidate has a strong contract drafting background, experience in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills.

Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school (JD year 2025-2026 preferred)
  • Active bar admission in Ohio a plus; however, recent graduates sitting for the upcoming bar exam will be considered
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using Salesforce or Linksquares a plus
  • Self-starter who seeks out new challenges
  • Able to understand and synthesize complex ideas
  • Strong quantitative background evidenced by previous positions and/or course work
