Job Description
Elbit America is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders. The role involves routine data management tasks and basic analytical assignments under the supervision of more experienced analysts or managers.

Requirements

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources
  • Conduct basic data analysis using statistical methods and tools
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Maintain documentation of analysis procedures, data sources, and results
  • Adhere to established data governance policies and confidentiality requirements
  • Support high-priority LEAN and Lean Six Sigma projects
  • Support analysis of proposed projects and continuous improvement efforts
