Role OverviewThe Junior Database Developer designs and builds the data layer for the platform, developing schemas, queries, and data pipelines on AWS data services, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity and security for a high-volume filing platform.
What You Will Do
Design and implement database schemas, stored procedures, and queries, build and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes, optimize query and database performance for high-volume workloads, and support data modeling on AWS data services.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of database development experience, strong SQL and data-modeling skills, and experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases on AWS.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (2 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
