Job Description
MoonLab is a full-service production + design agency that creates impactful experiences, connecting people to brands we love and align with. We are an ethically driven creative agency with a focus on five core missions of impact. MoonLab is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our creative team on an initial 3-month contract basis, with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on business needs and overall fit. This is a real opportunity to grow with a creative agency doing meaningful work across live events, brand activations, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency, in-house, or relevant internship experience)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma, with a strong emphasis on Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Basic understanding of print production and file setup for physical applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to take direction, ask thoughtful questions, and apply feedback effectively
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicative, dependable, adaptable, and excited to work across teams and client brands
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, typography, layout, and visual consistency
  • Interest in experiential design, events, and creating impactful work that exists in the physical world
