Job Description
The Jr. Engineer is a developmental member of our programming and engineering team supporting the production of precision aerospace components, converting legacy programs to new CAD and CAM standards, and developing automation technologies.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate from a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial degreed program required
  • Attended a trade school at the high school level, and/or interned in a machine shop environment while attending college highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of CNC machining, with previous hands-on experience
  • Basic understanding of CAM software, simulations, and CNC programming
  • Strong blueprint reading, and knowledge of GD&T
  • Strong user CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
  • Basic understanding or exposure to robotics systems (industrial robots, automation cells, or cobots) preferred
  • Basic understanding or exposure to additive manufacturing (3D printing) technologies preferred
  • Ability to self-teach and learn new skills though research and hands-on practice
