Junior ERP Analyst

Requirements

• Support all aspects of Epicor ERP functionality to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting insight for end users.
• Assist with ERP implementations, module expansions, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Analyze and document business processes across departments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and document BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and SSRS reports to enhance access to critical business data.
• Collaborate with department managers to translate business requirements into effective Epicor system solutions.
• Participate in the design, testing, and validation of ERP enhancements and integrations to ensure performance and reliability.
• Maintain system documentation and promote ERP best practices throughout the organization.
• Provide end-user support for system questions, troubleshooting, and report requests.
