Role OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Finance Consultant to join our growing Oracle Cloud team. This role is ideal for someone 1 year out of school who has hands-on experience using Oracle Cloud Finance and wants to apply those skills to real enterprise systems, not just demos. You’ll work alongside senior architects & integration specialists to design, build, and enhance Oracle Fusion integrations and PaaS-based services, using modern AI-assisted development practices. This is a hands-on engineering role with strong mentorship and a clear growth path.
What You Will Do
Develop & enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations SCM, Build & maintain services on Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle PaaS, Use Claude Code and other AI coding assistants to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, & documentation, Write & troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations, data mappings, and transformations, Support API-based integrations between Oracle Fusion & external systems, Assist with POCs, MVPs, & automation initiatives leveraging AI-enabled development workflows, Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, & design discussions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
