Role Overview

What You Will Do

Assist with employee relations concerns, facilitate employee mediations, support disciplinary actions, manage the HR hotline, and assist temporary floater employees with securing new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field with at least one year of HR experience
  • Valid Connecticut Driver's License
