Role OverviewFMC Ice Sports is seeking Junior Instructors to work under the general supervision of each program's Supervisor and assist Lead Instructors. The position assists groups and related lessons and/or program hours for FMC learn to skate, learn to play, and/or, figure skating programs.
What You Will Do
The Junior Instructor will effectively use customer service skills to control customer interactions, educate the public to the habits and attitudes of safe ice activities, enforce all rules regarding rink policies and operating procedures, and maintain a clean and safe environment for patrons and staff.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have previous experience assisting or teaching skating classes, be able to ice skate proficiently, and have achieved and passed ISI Freestyle 3 or USFS Freeskate 3. Hockey players should have participated in multiple years of formal league play.

Benefits
- Pay based on experience and industry-related qualifications
- Training rate $16-20 per hour based on instructor level
- Base pay range upon completion of training $18-22 per hour for instructor-related work
- Pay rate for non-instructor related work is $16 per hour
