Role OverviewThe Junior Intelligence Recruiter will join our team full-time to directly impact the success and growth of our organization. This person will be primarily responsible for applying their intel operational experience to the recruiting process, identifying and hiring candidates with security clearances (TS/SCI) for future contracts and/or funded contract positions for US Government clients.
What You Will Do
The Intelligence Recruitment Specialist will create and execute successful recruiting strategies to find the talent needed for our CONUS & OCONUS intelligence programs. This includes performing the full lifecycle recruiting of cleared personnel using traditional and non-traditional methods of sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience operating in the IC (Intelligence Community), with experience in identifying, recruiting, and hiring cleared candidates with TS/SCI clearances. Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills, self-starter with exceptional communication, time management, and communication skills are also required.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- 4-7 years of experience operating in IC (Intelligence Community)
- Experience in identifying, recruiting, and hiring cleared candidates with TS/SCI clearances
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
- Self-starter with exceptional communication, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to follow processes and be a quick learner
