Role OverviewWe are looking for a Junior IT Engineer to support day-to-day IT and SaaS infrastructure operations. This person helps configure Okta integrations, administers workplace platforms like Google Workspace and Slack, and manages endpoints across macOS and Windows devices.
What You Will Do
- Assist in configuring and maintaining Okta integrations, Sandboxes, and profile masters across the organization. - Support the administration of internal productivity and workplace SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and GitHub, to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting or managing SaaS platforms in a corporate environment
- Basic familiarity with public cloud concepts and cloud-native technologies
- Exposure to DevOps/SRE principles, basic infrastructure-as-code concepts, or collaboration tool integrations
- Upper-intermediate English level
