What You Will Do
Assist in configuring and maintaining Okta integrations, administer workplace platforms, and manage endpoints across macOS and Windows devices. Act as a reliable point of support and escalation for end-user technical issues.

Requirements
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting or managing SaaS platforms in a corporate environment
- Basic familiarity with public cloud concepts and cloud-native technologies
- Exposure to DevOps/SRE principles, basic infrastructure-as-code concepts, or collaboration tool integrations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, asynchronous teams
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn, grow, and build technical skills alongside senior engineers
- Exposure to or an interest in automating repetitive IT tasks using workflow and automation tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of executing assigned IT tasks reliably
- Upper-intermediate English level
