As a Junior IT Systems Administrator, you'll assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the organization's technology infrastructure.
What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day technical support and assistance to end users, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues, and escalate complex issues to senior team members.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or systems administration experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and desktop operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
- Understanding of Active Directory user and group management
- Foundational knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSL, and wireless networking
- Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to research technical issues and identify appropriate solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with users at all levels
