Requirements

  • Commercial Contracting: Support the drafting, negotiation, and review of agreements
  • Regulatory Compliance Support: Help advise the business on US financial services regulations
  • Legal Advisory & Training: Assist in translating complex legal requirements into plain language
  • Legal Innovation & Process Improvement: Assist in the evolution of our legal tech stack
