Role OverviewBrillio is building a legal function that operates as a business enabler. This role is designed for an early-career lawyer who wants to work directly with business teams on contracts, deals, and decisions.
What You Will Do
Review and negotiate contracts, partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams on deal execution, evaluate and prioritize legal risk vs business outcomes, build and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks, support compliance areas, and contribute to legal operations efficiency.

Requirements
- 0–2 years’ experience in corporate law (contracts-focused)
- Graduate from a top-tier law school
- Exposure to contract drafting/review through internships or early roles
- Strong structured thinking and communication clarity
- Ability to demonstrate experience working with AI tools
- A qualified lawyer
- Willingness to work out of office
