The role involves designing and drafting mechanical and piping plant models, developing 3D models, and generating 2D detailed drawings. The successful candidate will work in an in-office environment with flexibility to work remotely when needed.
What You Will Do
Perform design and drafting tasks, develop 3D models, generate 2D detailed drawings, and prepare project deliverables. Provide material quantity take-offs and support Senior Engineers and Designers as needed.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in computer aided design (specialization in mechanical and piping systems), mechanical engineering technology degree, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Proficient in the use of CAD Systems
- Good understanding of engineering and business fundamentals as they apply to engineering problems and projects
- Ability to learn quickly and to take on new challenges
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Shows critical and creative thinking and problem solving and brings forward solutions for our clients' toughest challenges
