Role OverviewResponsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure to support state agency clients. Work within an exciting team and continue development under the tutelage of the engineering department.
What You Will Do
Deployment of physical architecture layer, creation and maintenance of logical architecture, implementation of network equipment and controls, execution of DOT-related projects, and support of the Skyline SITCH platform Operations and Engineering teams.

Specialization in DevOps, Containerization, CI/CD, and Cloud, incident/request/problem resolution and escalation, utilization of organizational change control process, and creation and sharing of knowledge through documentation and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited University (IS, COSC, ENG degrees preferred)
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- 1-2 years in operations and/or helpdesk type role
- Certifications: JNCIA, JNCIS-ENT, RHCSA, RHCE, EX457
- 1-2 years scripting major/minor solutions
- 1-2 years participating in the SDLC of software products
- 1-2 years direct cloud technology experience
- 1-2 years with automation tools
