Junior Project Manager

Requirements

• Manage CTO and quick-ship orders from order entry through shipment and closeout
• Review sales orders for accuracy, completeness, and configuration details
• Track project milestones including material availability, production status, testing, and shipment
• Maintain accurate order and project data within ERP and project management systems
• Coordinate daily with production, supply chain, quality, and shipping teams
• Provide timely customer order updates and communicate schedule changes proactively
• Monitor at-risk orders and escalate issues before delivery impacts occur
• Support logistics coordination, shipping documentation, and customer-specific requirements
• Generate internal and customer-facing status reports
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to order tracking and scheduling processes
