Role OverviewThe Junior Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of complex fabrication and construction projects. This role helps ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to customer specifications. The position is designed for entry-level professionals and provides hands-on exposure to project management within a heavy industrial fabrication environment.
What You Will Do
Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items to help ensure timely project execution. Maintain positive liaison with customers, on-site customer inspectors, management, etc. to ensure open communication regarding customer concerns, complaints, change orders, etc. and follow up accordingly with all applicable company management and supervisors.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to learn project scheduling and project management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to spend time in both office and fabrication yard environments
