Role OverviewThe Junior Proposal Manager/Writer will support proposal development/submission activities in response to requests from Federal Government clients. The role requires collaboration with business development colleagues, senior leadership, client program managers, and subject matter experts to win new business. The position is based at the McLean, VA corporate office on a hybrid schedule, with a requirement to work onsite up to four days per week.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include supporting proposal coordination and management, development, and revision of major proposals, conducting daily reviews of opportunities, performing detailed analyses of solicitation documents, and creating compliant and compelling original proposal content.
